More Than $5 Million in Research Grants Awarded by the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in 2013
Research grant funding from the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network totaled more than $5 million in 2013, representing the largest annual disbursement the organization has made since the introduction of its research grant program in 2003. To date, the organization has awarded nearly $18 million through 94 research grants to outstanding researchers at some of the most prestigious institutions around the country.
As part of the $5 million in grants distributed this year, two inaugural $1 millionResearch Acceleration Network (RAN) grantswere awarded.
